Full Priced Item Exchange Policy:
The buyer is expected to pay any return shipping charges. For exchanges, we are happy to then cover any shipping charges^ to send the new item back to you.* You may return via any method you would like, however we recommend a courier who can provide tracking information and compensation in case your return gets lost. Please obtain the tracking details and proof of postage for further reference.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee exchanges for items that are out of stock.
Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in refusal of the return or additional fees.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that items are returned with any hygiene stickers intact.
Do not send back items to us without arranging it with us.
*Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover the cost of any international shipping for exchanges. Hopefully, we can start to offer this in the future.
^We will pay the return shipping charges for one exchange per order. Any additional exchanges will require the customer to cover the cost of return postage.
End of season sale exchange Policy: Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note, gift vouchers or store credit cannot be issued for sale exchanges.
