At &Swim, we firmly believe in more than just creating quality swimwear; we are committed to cultivating a transparent supply chain that upholds the highest ethical standards.
Our dedication to ethical trade permeates every aspect of our operations, and we recognise our responsibility to uphold the rights and dignity of every individual involved.
We are not a fast fashion retailer, all of our pieces are designed intentionally in house and packed by our (current) team of two.

Our core values are to offer high quality swimwear whilst keeping prices inclusive and ethical. Our pieces are designed in-house in the UK & we collaborate with manufacturers worldwide to capitalise on diverse expertise. We meticulously select manufacturers committed to upholding ethical standards, validated through audits and certificates.

After spending time carefully selecting a new manufacturing partner, we’re excited to be working with a new team who share our values and commitment to responsible production.

We prioritise transparency, open communication, and ongoing monitoring to ensure standards are not only met, but exceeded.

All of our manufacturers are accredited with an ethical audit (BSCI), which we thoroughly review before entering into any agreement.

They also sign a declaration of intent to comply with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), aligning with our values and maintaining open communication about any operational changes. This mutual trust and accountability remain at the heart of our supply chain relationships.

By embedding ethical trade principles into our daily operations and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, we aim to uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility across our entire supply chain.
We ensure that compliance with the ETI Base code is mandatory for both our core team and supply team. Clear expectations for addressing any issues have been outlined, and any allegations of our manufacturers not upholding these standards will be thoroughly investigated and addressed accordingly. If improvements are not observed, we commit to discontinuing all trading activities.
